Scope of application, definitions of terms
These General Terms and Conditions form the contractual basis between the operator of the website www.biancoaudio.com (hereinafter referred to as “website”) and individuals (hereinafter referred to as “you”).
The respective applicable version of the General Terms and Conditions as at the date of concluding the agreement shall be pertinent.

The user’s contractual provisions shall not be a component of the contract, insofar as we do not provide express agreement.

The offers on the website are not binding. Errors remain reserved.
The customer can select content via the shopping cart and send his order via the “place order”-button.
The purchase contract is concluded when the provider makes the ordered content available for download at the end of the ordering process.
Reservation of title
All goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Payments
Payment is made using the options of payment indicated on the website.
If payment is made by credit card, the credit card account will be charged immediately upon completion of the order. Otherwise, payment of the purchase price is due 14 days after receipt of the invoice. If the due date of payment is determined by the calendar, the customer is already in default by missing the deadline. If payment in advance has been agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.
Notice on the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that your right of withdrawal will expire prematurely if you have expressly agreed to commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you confirm that you are aware that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance of the contract.
This notice is not part of the statutory withdrawal policy.
Warranty, Guarantee
The statutory right to defects applies.
There is only a guarantee (within the meaning of § 443 German Civil Code) for the goods delivered by us if this was expressly given in the order confirmation for the respective article.
Liability
The statutory liability law applies.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pascal Reinhardt, Alt-Stralau 44a, 10245 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: 017662537379, E-Mail: pascalreinhardt1@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
